SterlingCool 23 Mixing Guide

SterlingCool-23 is an extremely clear, high lubricity, moderate duty synthetic cutting and grinding coolant for shops working with multiple metals in a variety of machining applications. This product has been formulated to provide excellent bio-resistance, lubricating, cooling, and corrosion inhibition properties for grinding and machining operations. SterlingCool-23 is recommended for a wide variety of metalworking operations including CNC milling, turning, drilling, boring, tapping, threading, grinding and it is great for bandsaws!  It is compatible with a wide range of materials including carbon steel, cast steel, high alloy steel, stainless steel, and cast irons. SterlingCool-23 is a true, multi-purpose product that is ideally suited for those customers that prefer to use one metalworking fluid throughout the shop. It can be used in “stand-alone” machines and central systems.
